VAHS Student Activities Code of Conduct *- This is the VAHS Student Activities Code of Conduct Policy, which is part of the online VAHS athletics registration system.
WIAA banned performance enhancing supplements *- This document contains the guidelines that all Verona HS players MUST READ and ABIDE by as a participant in our club. The player is ultimately responsible for what suppliments they take and the consequences for their use. Always read the labels and reference this document.
Scholarship Request (due 2/15) *- Families that endure a financial hardship may apply for a scholarship. To request a scholarship, go to scholarship.veronalacrosse.com. Alternatively, applicants can download a hard copy of the form to complete.
US Lacrosse Registration Form *- This form is the official US Lacrosse registration form. Complete this form if you are NOT able to register online. This form must be completed and submitted to the club with payment in order to participate in the spring season.
E-Mail Request Form- Use this form to request an email be sent by the webmaster.
Event Form- This form is to be completed for clinics, camps, tournaments, or special league registrations via the VLC website. If this event is also a fundraiser, please complete the Fundraiser Form as well.
Fundraiser Form- This form is to be completed for fundraising activities.
US Lacrosse Game Timer Guidelines *- The game timer guidelines published by US Lacrosse should be followed for all Club games and all volunteer officials and timers should be familiar with these guidelines before working a game.
US Lacrosse Lightning Policy *- The Verona Lacrosse Club adheres to the Lightning Policy and Guidelines published by US Lacrosse to govern the actions of members during severe weather.
Equipment Box Checklist- This is the checklist for the equipment box. Upon completion of the last day or upon returning the box to the Connor Field shed, please make sure everything on this checklist in in the box. If not, please note anything that is missing so that it can be replaced for the next game.
Game Day Volunteer Instructions (Detailed) *- Details of volunteer tasks (may vary slightly for boys/girls). Also includes samples of the equipment box checklist, score sheet, music instructions, etc.
VLC Website Instructions for Teams- Once teams are formed, general Instructions on how to use the VLC website to send an email, add Team News, and Edit/Delete games/practices.
Parent Expectations Handout *- An outline of the Verona Youth Lacrosse Club Parent Expectations. Many of these are taken directly from the U.S. Lacrosse site, as well as coaching certification sites. Additionally, page 2 provides a copy of the Code of Conduct signed by both the parent and the player. This is a great handout to use if for any reason you feel the need to provide parents/players with additional information on proper behavior at games/practices.
Parent Meeting Template and Handouts- This is a document that contains guidance for parent meetings. Page 1 is an outline of general topics to be covered. Page 2 is a template handout that can be modified accordingly. Page 3 is a Player checklist template that can be modified accordingly. Pages 4-7 contain volunteer information and optional handouts. Pages 8-9 are optional Parent/Player expectations.
